Board Meetings: There are four scheduled board meetings a year, which are typically held on the first Monday in February, May, August and November. The locations and times vary. All members are welcome to the open portion of the meeting. Please let the board know if you are interested in attending so the agenda can be adjusted appropriately.
Annual Meeting The primary purpose of the annual meeting is to nominate and elect board members. Board members are elected to a two year term. There is also a board meeting held immediately before the annual meeting. The annual meeting is conducted over Zoom,the property manager will send the meeting information prior to the meeting.
