Board Meetings: There are four scheduled board meetings a year. Three of them are held on the third Monday in January, July, and October. These meetings are held held at the Tyco Offices 4045 Bonita Road at 7:00 PM. There is also a board meeting held before the annual meeting in April of each year. This meeting is held at the members home where the annual home owners meeting and election is held. All members are welcome to the open portion of the meeting. Please let the board know your interested in attending so the agenda can be adjusted appropriately.

Annual Meeting The primary purpose of the annual meeting is to nominate and elect board members. Board members are elected to a two year term. We like to extend it to include some neighborly socializing and a chance to discuss common homeowner issues with your neighbors. The HOA provides refreshments and you are all cordially invited.
